django_git updates

Recently I committed a couple of changes to the django_git repository.
install via setuptools and is now also on pypi at http://pypi.python.org/pypi/django_git. You can now install by:
sudo easy_install django_git
Note: There is an issue with the GitPython setuptools install so you will have to install that separately.
- The REPOS_ROOT directory doesn't have to only contain git repository directories.
Just giving an update to some recent changes.
